Submit your vanilla requirements specifying preferred species (Planifolia / Tahitensis), grade requirement, target quantity, and destination port. We dispatch genuine product samples directly from our curing facility so your QC team can verify aroma profile, moisture percentage, vanillin content, and bean length before placing a bulk commercial order. Samples are vacuum-sealed to preserve essential vanillin crystals.
Upon sample approval, we issue a legally binding Proforma Invoice (PI) and Sales Agreement specifying locked unit prices, net weight, batch number, agreed Incoterms, and dispatch schedule. Both parties confirm all terms prior to fund transfer.
